Teraflops terms of use

• Teraflop has the right to expect accurate, appropriate, current and integral registration information from its clients when they share their data in relevance to any project or business that we venture on together.
• Teraflop is not responsible for all the content you choose to share and decide to have on your websites. Neither would our organization be responsible for the consequences in such circumstances
• Teraflop rightfully expects its clients to not share any obscene content on its websites and applications. Any sort off adult, defamatory, racist, homicidal, brutal content propagating anything detrimental is not something Teraflop would take responsibility for.
• Any sort off abusive or objectionable behavior from the clients shall not be tolerated by Teraflop. This may result in a permanent abrogation from the contact.
• Teraflop rightfully expects its clients to not use its websites and applications for any illegal, illicit activities that would violate any laws. In such a case Teraflop has the right to annul all services and refrain permanently from any future contacts.
• Teraflop would not be responsible for any issues faced by the clients of the owner of the business to whom we have once provided the services. Their relationship with their clients and the service they provide to them is their own responsibility.
• In case the website or application provided by us is used to scam, deceit or create issues and cause loss to any of its users, the responsibility or consequence is for the company using it. Teraflop does not hold any authority over the content, use or service of the website, logo, application or designs once it has been handed to our clients.
• If Teraflop creates logos or graphics for any corporation they can claim copyrights to our design. In the market those designs are legally supposed to be acknowledges ours.
• Teraflop expects its clients to not modify or violate any of its copyrights.

Teraflop can only establish professional relationships with any corporation and clients that agree to respect and not violate any of the above terms and conditions. Furthermore Teraflop has the right to alter, modify, revise or change any of the above terms and conditions with the passage of time. However when a contract has been established and is under continuation then the terms and conditions of Teraflop during that time are supposed to be followed and sustained for that particular project. But if Teraflop modifies its terms and conditions for another project signed by the same company then it is necessary for all the parties to abide by those rules. In such a case the previous contact withholds the terms vested for it while the new contract has to be followed based on the new rules.
